The Election Commission of India (based in Mumbai) will host the India International Conference on Democracy and Election Management (IICDEM) 2026 in New Delhi, with some 100 representatives of more than 70 countries, including election officials, policymakers and experts, discussing democratic practices and election management. From January 21 to 23, 2026, the India International Conference on Democracy and Election Management (IICDEM) 2026 is to be held in New Delhi, organised by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
