SSC CGL Exam Analysis 2025, Check Safe Score & Good Attempts

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on September 12 is commencing the Tier-I of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2025. This year, up to 28,14,604 candidates have registered to appear in SSC CGL 2025 around the country. The SSC CGL tier 1 exam will be conducted at 260 centres in 129 cities between September 12 and 26.

SSC CGL Exam Analysis 2025

The SSC CGL Tier-1 Exam 2025 is in progress, being administered in a number of shifts in different exam centers. This is one of the most competitive graduate tests in getting a government job in India. The paper has been divided into four parts-General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. This has so far been the general difficulty of the exam, with some of the changes showing some difference in difficulty among candidates. The current SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 Exam is designed to shortlist of applicants who will be  appeared in the Tier 2 level, so the results in this level are very of paramount importance.

The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will run from 12th September 2025 to 26th September 2025.

Tier 1 consists of 100 questions (200 marks) based on general intelligence & reasoning, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and English comprehension.

Applicants are given 60 minutes (1 hour) to fill out the question paper.
