The INS Tamal, an Indian Navy latest stealth multi-role frigate, will be commissioned on July 1 in the town of Kaliningrad in Russia. It is the final warship constructed outside of India which is in accordance with Indian government policy “Atma Nirbhar Bharat” and Make in India programme.
