In the SSC CPO Physical Test 2025, the weight standard is that the body weight must be proportionate to the height of the candidate so that he or she is physically fit. Medical disqualification may be a result of excess underweight or overweight.
The Physical Endurance Test (PET) evaluates a candidate’s stamina, speed, coordination, and physical strength. It includes running, jumping, and throwing activities.

Physical Endurance Test Since SSC CPO Physical Test 2025 does not apply to Ex-Servicemen, they are required to pass the Physical Standard Test as well as all other medical standards, to be selected finally.
PET is exempted for Ex-Servicemen.
The female candidates are required to provide a pregnancy self-declaration before PST / PET. Candidates who are pregnant are proclaimed temporarily ineligible so that they can turn up to take physical examinations after giving birth to a child, and their place can then be vacant in accordance with the SSC regulations.
Candidates clearing PST & PET undergo Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
The tattoos in SSC CPO Physical Test 2025 can only be done on the left forearm or dorsal side of the hands, and they must not be more extensive than a quarter of the body part.
