The MCA21 Portal that was initiated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) enables the secure and simplified access to MCA services by professionals, corporate entities, and general people. The portal also offers an automated and an efficient method through which the businesses can fulfill statutory obligations and ensures adherence with Companies Act, 1956, Companies Act, 2013, and the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. Migration of MCA21 V2 to the MCA21 V3 platform is done within recent times with the aim of upgrading the functionality of the portal.
In 2006, the MCA21 Portal was introduced as an expedited mechanism of corporate functions and an easy access to the MCA services.
Although it has been updated to the latest version of portal, 3. Version 2 to Version 3, it would result in the temporary suspension to bring more convenience to the use and security of the user.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has also exempted some extra charges of filings of 13 e-forms under this migration period.
