It was delivered at an official function organised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI). The government believes that the expansion of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), development of Logistics infrastructure, support for MSMEs and development of domestic manufacturing are likely to help India achieve this milestone.
