India has made a big breakthrough in the defence<\/span> sector with the export of products recording a sharp increase during the last financial year. As per the official figures published by the Ministry of Defence<\/span>, the defence<\/span> exports of India went up by more than 62 per cent to about 4.1 billion (\u20b938,424 crore<\/span>) in FY 2025\u201326. This record growth indicates the rising potential of the country in the production of indigenous defence<\/span> equipment and the increasing demand for Indian military equipment around the world.
